Orders placed by 3pm will be delivered the next day, delivery is Monday to Sunday.

DPD Next Day

Orders placed by 2pm will be delivered the next day.

Please note for certain postcodes we are unable to provide a DPD Next Day delivery, see delivery page. There will be no deliveries or warehouse collections on a Bank Holiday, therefore any orders placed on a Bank Holiday will have a delivery aim of 2 days.

Guaranteed Next Business Day

Special Delivery Orders placed by 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 1pm the next business day, Orders after 3pm Friday through to midday Sunday will be delivered before 1pm on the following Monday (bank holidays excluded).

Delivery exceptions

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Exceptions

HS, IM, KW15-17, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44, ZE2-ZE3 postcodes will be delivered in 2-3 business days.

DPD Next Day delivery exceptions

Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man (2 Working Days), Scottish Highlands (2-5 Working Days) - AB31-35, AB36-38, AB41-54, AB55-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV All Postcodes, KA27, KA28, KW0-14, KW15-17, PA20-99, PH15-18, PH19-29, PH32-33, PH45-48, PH30-31, PH34-44, PH49-99, TR21-25, ZE All Postcodes

Weekend deliveries are not available to AB30, BF1 and D1-24. Sunday deliveries are not available to BT1-99, PO30-41

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order and offer a 60 day no quibble guarantee on all products purchased through allbeauty. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 60 days of receipt and we will refund you at the price you paid for the product(s). Please note we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty. For faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory quality or incorrect item received please see separate section here.

Cancellations

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Make a Return

Please package your product(s) securely in the original packaging and return to the address below. You will also need to include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the product(s). This will enable us to refund the correct account.

UK, Isle of Man & Channel Island Customers only*

We always recommend obtaining a dated proof of postage receipt when posting, and retaining this until we confirm we have received your parcel. These receipts are also available from all Post Office counters.

For International Customers, we are unable at this time to offer a freepost address for returns. Delivery charges incurred will not be refunded. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials include:aerosol items, items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals, some alcohol based items and items that contain contents under pressure. At this time, The Republic of Ireland do not allow for returns to be sent via the post. Please contact us for further information.
